Military Free Cruise - Margaritaville at Sea, a new cruise owned by Jimmy Buffet and sailing from the Port of Palm Beach, offers free cruises to the Bahamas for all active and veteran military, first responders, law enforcement and educators.
The "Heroes Sail Free" offer includes a three-day, two-night cruise to Grand Bahama Island to thank them for their "dedication to serving our communities at home and abroad."

The cruise covers a maximum of two qualified members per cabin. Complimentary ocean view upgrades are also available until October 4th. However, taxes, fees and tips are not included in the price. You must have a verified membership ID through the GovX ID platform at GovX.com, and some blackout dates apply, according to the cruise line's website.

The sailing period is from now on until 29 December 2023. Each qualified member receives one free sailing per year.
Since the offer was announced last week, the cruise line has had a significant volume of booking calls, the site reports, and they are asking for patience in processing all booking enquiries.

The cruise ship also offers onboard leisure and entertainment activities, including the Margueriteville Casino and Stars Theater on the Water, home of Margueriteville Stories: Jimmy's Ship Show, written and produced by Jimmy Buffett and acclaimed producer Frank Marshall.
